I work with individuals, couples, families, businesses, organizations, and community groups.

My practice has been described by clients as clean, convenient, confidential, private, responsive, warm, welcoming, caring, accessible, and safe. Most new clients can be scheduled for an initial session within one week of their first call. I offer the ability to work with businesses, organizations, and community groups at their locations.

I practice methods that utilize clients' own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, rather than prescribing pills or surgical procedures to beget change. My clinical and coaching approaches are considered "integrative,” because I integrate aspects of spiritual, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, psychodynamic, family systems, Gestalt, Jungian, and other therapies custom fitted to clients and their presenting concerns.

In addition to my clinical and coaching practice, I enjoy working with groups large and small, training, and coaching in corporate and public settings. I also enjoy utilizing my public speaking experience and education to address large groups, as a keynote speaker for conferences and special occasions.

I have had the pleasure of fulfilling a wide range of speaking, training, and coaching services for clients including:
